About Camila
I’m Camila Duarte, the Founder and CEO of FoundHer. FoundHer was inspired by my own journey and transformation.
I created it to help women like you reclaim your purpose, confidence, and inner power. I know how to help, because I’ve been where you are. I had it all. At least I thought so. The career. The relationships. From the outside, everything looked perfect. But underneath everything I thought I wanted, I was burnt out. I felt disconnected from who I was and unfulfilled with where I was going. My health, relationships, and happiness suffered because what I was doing wasn’t aligned with who I wanted to be. I spent almost 10 years saying yes to roles in corporate, non-profits, and startups. Not because they fed my passion, but because I thought there was nothing better for me.
My decisions were made from a place of fear, not purpose. But within every role, I found small moments that made me feel like myself. Moments where I got the chance to help people build confidence, see their potential, and start to believe in themselves. But even then, I stayed on the path that made me feel unfulfilled. Until one day, I realized I needed to make a change. The life I wanted was not the life I was living, and if I continued to let myself be guided by fear and uncertainty, I would never have a life that felt like it was authentically mine. So I chose myself and chose to pursue the things that lit a fire in me. Breaking away from the path I had been living was the most freeing experience in my life. And those little moments that made me feel like myself? They’re no longer little. They happen every moment, of every day, because I chose to trust myself, leap, and change.
The lessons I learned on this journey are the framework for FoundHer, and I hope that what took me nearly a decade to achieve, you can accomplish in a matter of months. Your path won’t be the same as mine. But I understand the feelings that brought you here, and together, we can begin your journey to the life you deserve.

You don’t need to follow my exact path. But if you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next move, I understand. And I know what it takes to move forward.

FoundHer is not here to follow trends, I’m here to build something timeless. With a blend of creativity, strategy, and heart, FoundHer helps ideas come to life. Every project we take on is an opportunity to learn, grow, and do something meaningful. We treat our clients like partners and our work like a craft.
I am now a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, grounded in a holistic approach that integrates movement, nervous system regulation, and self-leadership. My work is shaped by years of experience supporting women in high-responsibility roles, founders, and leaders who are navigating pressure, transition, and identity shifts.
Yoga, for me, is not only a physical practice but a strategic and embodied tool for clarity, resilience, and sustainable performance.
My teaching weaves together yoga philosophy, mindful movement, breathwork, and trauma-informed awareness, creating spaces that are structured, intentional, and deeply human.
