I'm Camila Duarte, Founder and CEO of FoundHer — a space born from my own transformation, and dedicated to helping women like you reclaim your purpose, confidence, and inner power.

Years ago, I had the “successful” career everyone thought I should want. On the outside, it looked like I had made it. On the inside, I was burned out, unfulfilled, and disconnected from my own life. I was sacrificing my health, my relationships, and my joy for work that didn’t light me up.

For nearly a decade, I said yes to roles in corporate, nonprofit, and startup worlds, not because they were right for me, but because I was afraid of not finding something else. I was following the generational fear I grew up with, convincing myself that my dreams were too far out of reach.

Yet, every role revealed the same truth: the moments I loved most were when I was working with people, helping them see their potential, encouraging them, and watching them believe in themselves. So why was I still chasing titles and ignoring what I actually loved?

The truth was, I was scared to trust myself. Scared to believe that my passion and skills were enough to build the life I wanted. Until life gave me no choice but to make the hardest decision: stay in the comfortable, familiar path… or finally bet on myself.

I chose myself. It was liberating and terrifying, but it put me exactly where I belong.

That’s why I created FoundHer. To give women the tools, clarity, and confidence to stop living on autopilot and start leading a life they’re proud of. To help you define what success looks like for you, make decisions you trust, and build results that last.
